3. Orders & Acceptance

In such cases, we will notify you and issue a full refund for any amount paid.

4. Shipping & Delivery

Please note that any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient. We are not liable for delays caused by customs or postal services.

5. Returns & Refunds

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. Damaged or incorrect items must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
