Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days from the date you receive your order. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition with all tags attached. Please contact us before returning any item.
Non-Returnable Items
- Items worn, washed, or damaged by the customer.
- Items without original tags or packaging.
- Final sale items or items marked as non-returnable.
- Intimate apparel and accessories for hygiene reasons, unless faulty.
How to Initiate a Return
- Email us at [email protected] with your order number and reason for return.
- We will provide you with the return address and any further instructions.
- Pack the item securely in its original packaging, if possible.
- Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method. We recommend keeping the receipt as proof of shipment.
Return Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item received is faulty or incorrect. In such cases, please contact us and we will arrange a solution.
Refund Process
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the replacement item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Include photos of the item and packaging, and we will resolve the issue promptly — either by sending a replacement or issuing a full refund.
